Good news my sister works at Papadeux's (I am sorry not sure on spelling) and she said that if someone comes in with an allergy to something the main cook will come out and talk with you about it. Then they have a huge book with all the ingredients to everything in it. They will cook in separate pots and with separate oils. (to cut down on contamination) and they make their own spices! I thought that sounded really good to me. I haven't been there since going gluten-free but it seems like they will take it seriously. she also said all the chains do this.
gluten-free since 2004!
