Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could suggest some yogurt that is both gluten free and fat free, as well as, having no added sugar? I know that Atkins yogurt is or used to be at least but are there any other brands?

Thanks.

I use Stonyfield Farms plain yogurt (which is fat free) and add honey to sweeten it because plain yogurt is a little on the sour side. It's all natural and has a ton of active cultures to boot!

Hope that helps!

I would want you to check into it yourself, but I eat kroger lite yogurt, it is lower on the sugar content than anyone I have looked at you can also get carb masters, there are no questioning ingridents but kroger is pretty good about labeling, you might want to call and check to make sure but I have not had any reactions and they come in great flavors

I use Cascade Fresh, it says gluten-free on the label, is fat free, and is sweetened with fruit juice. It also has 8 live cultures, woo-hoo! :)
Alright, don't worry even if things end up a bit too heavy
We'll all float on, alright

I've seen it at my local megamart (HEB), Whole Foods, Sun Harvest, and Wild Oats. If you go to their website, they have a store locator.

Thanks! I used to eat things made with splenda, but now I'm trying to cut out all artificial additives. I couldn't believe how many calories regular sugar-sweetened yogurt has! I haven't bought any because I didn't want that much sugar.
