I just found out that I am Dairy allergic also I was wondering which products are really good that are dairy free and gluten free.

Rice Crisps - make gluten and dairy free rice crackers (one kind isn't dairy free)
VH - makes some gluten and dairy free products, just read ingredients.
Kraft - makes some gluten and dairy free products, just read ingredients.
Cavendish - straight cut, crinkle cut, country cut, shoestring, plain french fries.

I pretty much stick to the produce/meat/eggs/gluten-free grains/beans whole foods thing. :-) Things I use to 'spice it up':
spices and aromatics ;-)
san-j tamari
thai kitchen sauces/pastes
honey/jams
