Hi. I know certain kinds of alcohols are permitted. Does anyone know if the Dekuyper brands (flavors) used in Martinis for example are allowed? I have just been sticking to Khalua and white wine. Also, gin is okay, right? Thanks so much!

The vast majority of liquors are gluten-free because of distillation, even ones that are wheat and rye based. The only danger is if they add gluten after distilling. I haven't found any liquors that do. Last I heard Dekuyper was gluten-free but that's been a while back.

Avoid beer and any malted drink.
