I'm wondering if other people feel tired after they eat a lot of protein, like in nuts/fish/protein bars/etc.

I do still feel a lot of fatigue I can't pin it on anything specific. For a while I suspected soy, but I'm not so sure. I'm still trying to figure this one out.

I just finished reading "The Metobolic Typing Diet" by Wolcott. It talks about things like fatigue after eating. I don't feel fatigued after eating a high protein, high fat meal, but do feel fatigued if I don't eat enough protien in relation to carb's (good carbs like vegetables.) I recommend the book highly. It may be that you need more carbs. The book helps a person determine what propotions of protien, fat and carbs to eat for your type. We are all so different that we all have a little different nutrient requirements, that's why some diets work well for some people and actually cause others to gain weight.

I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD In the land of the living. Wait for the LORD;
Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the LORD.
