I might be the only one to feel this way but I guess I'd rather go through all this....get myself well.....and go back to eating everything I used to eat.

Hmmm...let me rephrase this. :P

I have learned some lessons through all of this so I wouldnt go back to daily Big Macs....Mac and Cheese several nights a week...or I guess a better description would be the "Standard American Diet."

I wouldnt go back to that....but I dont want to have food restrictions....especially not gluten and dairy.

I would be more concerned with the chemicals in processed food than I would be concerned about eating gluten and dairy. I think alot of the problems are coming from the chemicals...the food dyes, preservatives, aspartame and MSG. I would be more aware of these things for sure and I might want to eat organic as much as possible in order to not overload my system with chemicals.

Rachel,

Your rephrase was much better. I was beginning to get concerned.

Don't want you getting highly toxic with junk again.

I haven't read anything here in two days and I'm like this . This is a quick lunchtime drive by, so gotta get it in in the next 15 minutes!

Now that the Dr. said I should be eating noramlly within 6-12 months...my mind is on food constantly!!!

Since I started treatment for the bacterial dysbiosis, it's been about 5 months. Then, I started the BioSET treatment about two months after I started the treatment for bacterial dysbiosis.

I saw Dr. F yesterday. I told him about the swollen glands in my neck, and asked him to recheck my big 4, gluten, dairy, corn, and soy. I also asked if it could be related to seasonal allergies and if BioSET could treat that. I was clear for my big 4 as well as eggs, amazingly enough! Dr. F went through the BioSET vials. He pulled out a set of vials I hadn't seen before. I said, what's that? He said, a bunch of vials with water in them  .

I had phenolics come up again, and also "spleen". Phenolics was the first food item I was ever cleared for, and it took two sessions to clear it. Phenolics are in many foods, so it's not like you can avoid them, unless you want to eat like 4 foods, which I'm not willing to do (sorry Rachel, I won't be joining you there)! Phenolics are basically aromatic compounds, so any foods that have smells have phenolics.

I asked Dr. F what it meant if the phenolics were showing up again? He said the other food intolerances could come back if we didn't keep on top of it :o . This kinda worried me, but then I remembered that it takes months for the intestines to heal. Six to 12 months sounds about right! I was working off 4 to 7 months, but regardless, it takes MONTHS. When I thought about this, I relaxed. I have made improvements, so I don't need to be freaking out.

I asked Dr. F if I was just being paranoid, to which he replied, if someone is really chasing you, you aren't being paranoid  . He said I know I've got something to be concerned about, and it's not just paranoia.

I'm totally thinking its the cheese...if not dairy in general.

Is the glands right under your ears swollen...or under your chin?? Those are the glands that swell up for me....the ones under my ears are pretty much permantly swollen since I got sick but when I eat something I shouldnt ....man .....they get really swollen! It also hurts to swallow when I get a reaction.

My glands swell in other areas too but those are the ones in my neck area. Do we have glands in the back of our neck....like at the base of our skull??

I get swollen there too. :(

It's the glands under my jaw bone from my ears to my chin, and then down on either side of my throat. It's better now, but still a little tender when I push there.

Colloidal silver....I havent been taking this but I do have it. She wants me taking 1/2 teaspoon for Lyme and fungus.

I'm one of those people who freaks out about anything with the metals words in them. As long as it's being tested by BioSET and ART, then I think you're covered.

Do they take a blood draw for bioset. That is something T wants to know.

I haven't ever had my blood taken for BioSET treatments.

Well, that's all the time I have for the BioSET files. Until next time...

Claire

Ok, so what's my excuse? :P:lol:

 No excuses needed.

Thanks for the link Carla.

I made a kind of chick pea mush today and added coconut oil and it was quite tasty. I'll try using it in the ways you suggested.

How do you get treated if he doesnt have your blood??

I thought it was a necessary part of the process?? I've never had any testing or treatments without my blood being on the plate and then in the glass. It was the first thing they ever did before I even met with Anna.

My blood is in a vial and its always there....I didnt think they could do the testing and stuff without it??

Yeah, this is what I want...no food restrictions. I want me some YOGURT, lol. I LOVE yogurt.

Donna....I LOVE yogurt too. :D

I would never eat certain ones like "yoplait light" but I realize now that plain yogurt or plain kefir is hecka GOOD!!

I never would have thought of getting "plain" anything before I got sick....but its really good.

I would probably avoid the ones with all the garbage in them and eat the plain stuff with fruit or granola or something like that.

I talk to the vendors alot because they come and let me know about their new products...give me coupons...try to sell their stuff. I notice they are really starting to turn things around with trying to take the chemicals out of the products and make stuff more natural.

Dannon is one company trying to emphasize this but when I read the labels I wouldnt say they're "totally natural" yet....but at least there is some effort being made. I debate with the Dannon rep about this stuff all the time. :P

I think people are starting to realize there is crap in our food and the demand for higher quality foods is getting stronger.

Today the rep. for Daisy Sour Cream came and talked to me about their product.....about how they are the only "all natural" sour cream of all the national brands. They have been around for decades but are now going to be advertising their sour cream during Oprah and on the food channel during Rachel Ray.

They know that people are wanting more natural products. :)

Rachel,

It's good to hear that some companies are trying to do better.

I don't think I mentioned that I tried the probiotics on Thursday and Friday. Seth broke out in a very bad diaper rash again so I'm assuming that is the culprit. I haven't taken them again since. I'm low intolerant on dairy and goat and obviously he is too.

this is weird lately I really have a craving for yogurt and granola. I was not a huge yogurt eater but I do love Frozen yogurt- just soft serve ice cream of any kind.

Rachel-

no I know art itself is not based on supplements I think he was saying most of his patients who have done it end up with long supplement lists. I know I ma not explaining this right but I have fried brain right now.

I was always a healthy eater since I was young its just the type of food I like. I definitly miss gluten foods like bagels - I love bagels- but I make homemade gluten free ones and I am pretty used to them at this point - they taste good. But I really wish I could eat avocado and Japanese food and all these things that are naturally gluten free and my body cannot handle. I was never a huge chinese food lover but I always did love moo shu vegteble- yes with the pancake and the hoisin sauce!!!and also have recently had cravings for cold seseme noodles. I am a dork I would just be excited if I could have a salad but raw vegees are something that are a nono for my body!!

Its yummy....it has a sort of sweet flavor and the pancakes are soooo thin. I would make little chinese burritos with my mu shoo pork.

HI girls

Hey I was wondering if juicing vegetables like celery and carrots, lettuce, and friendly candida veggies are o.k. I can't digest most raw veggies and I need them in my diet. But for some reason after I drink a glass I get cloudy urine and vaginal discharge. What should I do?!? Also is alfalfa sprouts gluten free?

Update on the fungus that was growing in one of our checkstands at work.

A guy came in and cleaned it up a few weeks back. He did it over 3 days....had to cut into the checkstand and cut out the wood where the stuff was growing. He told my co-worker that it wasnt mold cuz mold spreads and this stuff was in one area....but had grown really thick and tall. I guess maybe it was about 5 or 6 inches high.

He said it was some sludgey slimey stuff....he had no idea what it was.

Today we had a safety meeting at work and I asked what the heck that stuff was....did we ever find out??

They said it was a fungus for sure. Some fungus that grows on dairy or something.

So some milk or other dairy product must have leaked into the checkstand and the stuff grew on it?? I dunno but it was stinky. <_<

It didnt smell like mold....it smelled like something died.....doesnt mold smell like mold or "musky" or something??

Anyways they said I cant use it as an excuse to go home sick...cuz of it being a "dairy mold" and coming from something in my own dept. They said I'm immune to dairy molds cuz of constant exposure.

Alfalfa sprouts are gluten-free. All fresh veggies are naturally gluten-free.

I cant eat sprouts or fresh veggies because of the fungus....I'm too sensitive to molds which are on fresh produce.

Corn might be the problem. Try to take it out of your diet for several days and try to see if you notice a difference :) I'm new to the whole gluten free world but I'm also allergic to dairy as well. I'm wondering since I just started drinking chocolate soy milk and on the box it says "dutch process" does anyone know what that would mean?...so chocolate can have wheat in it right?!?

i feel like everything gives me this reaction even chicken broth. Everything! I have no idea why as this is so fustrating. I am on an probiotic right now with 50 billion cell and I don't know haven't tried a antifungal medicine yet. I don't even know if this is yeast overgrowth or what. I am just tired of the constipation weakness and painful bladder right now. Sometimes I wonder if it's bladder cancer and not interstitial cysitis. Or that the leaky gut penetrated my bladder or something. Yeah but all things do this to me. Also all fats make my nose run. Not really run run but a little nasal drip. Such as almonds, avacado, eggs, milk, spices, and so on. What the heck is wrong with me. oh well, what are you gonna do. oh I don't eat corn haven't it bloats me bad.

I make a post 2 days ago and there's already almost 10 pages of posts since then... you all are out of control... ;)

Yeah...Scott is a guy who was sick for quite awhile and then finally got diagnosed with Lyme by the woman who treats me at BioSET. He wasnt convinced about the BioSET testing so went ahead and got all the testing through IgeniX and found that he did have Lyme and all the co-infections.

If you're looking for inspiration....he's definately one guy whos come a long way and is doing great things now.

good to hear.. I checked out his website real fast the other day and read through his account of what he went through getting diagnosed.. I think the one thing that differs from myself to him (and you too, as far as I know) is that I didn't really get sick overnight... mine has been more gradual and progressive since I started getting headaches at the end of college... though the headaches kind of came out of nowhere to being there all the time if I remember right...

I have taken charcoal, and had no trouble with it.

just a heads up for anyone who takes charcoal that it shouldn't typically be taken with (or close to) other supplements as the charcoal will take them out of your system... my nutritionist actually recommended to me a while back to consider taking charcoal if I got glutened..

My mom is more of the type that thinks highly of doctors/medicine (so it seems). She's always clipping articles or telling me that mercury (shots/fish) has been shown to be harmless, etc.

I think the CDC has warnings about pregnant women eating fish due to the mercury content. If you want an article to suggest some dangers of mercury in fish to your mother, here is a report that was recently released and backed by over 1000 scientists:

Open Original Shared Link

I also exercised. I think exercise is essential because it keeps the body oxygenated and the bacteria don't grow in oxygen. I still exercise, but I'm too weak to do cardio right now, I lift weights (free weights).

I've actually been going to the gym a couple days a week since mid-January. I think exercise and lifting are critical elements to me recovering as they are generally healthy, help with blood sugar regulation (in theory of course as it hasn't helped me yet), helps keep candida overgrowth in check, etc.

My energy and fatigue levels have certainly both improved but I have to be extremely regulated in my daily life - eating 6-7 meals a day every couple hrs, sleeping no less than 7.5 and no more than 8.5 hrs, avoiding nearly all foods (pretty much just eating meats and veggies). Yesterday, for example, simply from sleeping maybe a 1/2 hr or 45 minutes less than usual, I was ridiculously tired the entire day. First time, I've been too tired to go to the gym in months and it's simply from getting a little less sleep than usual.

NDF is just chlorrella, cilantro and probiotics. Those are all natural ingredients.

Didn't know what NDF was... good to know. Is the cilantro the binder that binds with the mercury after the chlorella frees it from the tissue?

How did you consume the coconut oil?

Coconut oil can be used in frying stuff... for example, I find it tastes pretty good when you heat up some coconut oil and take some sliced zucchini and fry it in the coconut oil... you can also use coconut oil to flavor meats like pork, seen some recipes online, but haven't quite mastered that yet

I might be the only one to feel this way but I guess I'd rather go through all this....get myself well.....and go back to eating everything I used to eat. I'd rather do that than give up gluten and dairy for LIFE.

I don't know that I'd rather go through all this, but I do like the prospect of eating pretty much all types of foods again down the road.. when I first went gluten-free and suspected celiac, I was okay with giving up gluten for life as I figured there are plenty of adequate substitutes and it's more of a convenience thing... but when I started eliminating more foods and getting positive intolerance tests for things like dairy, soy, eggs, etc. I certainly didn't like the idea that I might have to avoid these foods for life as well as thinking I might be too sensitive to eat out at restaurants and whatnot. Now, I've come to realize there's likely a root cause behind all these intolerances and that I'll probably be able to eat most, if not all of these foods again, as well as being able to eat out and not worry about cc too much even if I have to still avoid certain foods. It's one promising aspect of going through all this as opposed to simply have celiac with a few other food allergies. Granted, I could still actually be a celiac but as long as I can get my dairy back, I can live with that...

I would never eat certain ones like "yoplait light" but I realize now that plain yogurt or plain kefir is hecka GOOD!!

I think that's the second or third time I've seen you say "hecka"... cracks me up each time... I guess it's the "clean" version of the Cali lingo... I never cared for cats saying "hella" or "wicked" (a Boston/CT thing) but "hecka" is amusing...

I was never a huge chinese food lover but I always did love moo shu vegteble- yes with the pancake and the hoisin sauce!!!

that's my joint right there... well, maybe not simply with the vegetables but give me some moo shu chicken with the pancakes and that dark, thick sauce (I assume it's hoisin sauce, never knew the name)... only problem with that meal is I'd spend twice as much time making the pancakes as I would eating them...

I didn't get sick overnight either. It was gradual, and even then, came and went.

I take charcoal when I wake up at night ... I get to have both extreme fatigue AND insomnia!! :o It has to be taken away from EVERYTHING so that it doesn't absorb it. With my supplement/medicine schedule, I couldn't find a time during the day to take it.

I still have a lot of trouble working out, but I do it. I'm tired and laying around almost all the time ... but get up to go to the gym. Adam goes with me and keeps me on track ... otherwise I'd be "resting between sets" all day long!!

Another stroll down memory lane.... B)

What is "Rachelville" anyway??

Posted by DingoGirl

Dang you guys, try to get it straight, it's the

University of the Celiac Cult Farm * * * *

Posted by Rachel--24

Rachelville is a dedicated gluten free cult farm. We do not allow any gluten...and our cows do not eat grains.

Posted by DingoGirl

"The Rachelville Chronicles, from Dairy to Lyme, Aliens to Auxigro: How to Get Yourself Off the Couch and Onto your JetSki"

Posted by JulieM

yeah, our community seems to change in tone from time to time, a mixture of The Waltons, Stepford, Pleasantville, Little House on the Prairie, Lost, the town in "Edward Scissorhands".....

Posted by Rachel--24

But really...Rachelville is a farm....a cult farm...but a farm nonetheless. We dont have grocery stores....do we??

Posted by AndreaB

Rachelville is our utopian village town that some of us have created to get away from the burdens of the real world.....no cc, perfect health, etc.

Posted by Camille'sBigSister

Rachel, no matter what we call your string - book, cult, slumber party, soap opera - it's always gonna be OMG!!! As in OMG, they're all crazy.

Posted by Rachel--24

And yes, Rachelville is kinda like a soap opera...its very perfect, yet bizzare, yet magical, yet funny, yet crazy...and on and on.

Posted by DingoGirl

where you are is Rachelville, it's a gluten-free paradise Cult Farm, there's a University, it's close to the ocean and a lake, somehow, I think.....all the ice cream you can eat, protective geese and dingos to guard us and our crops....I think....so much more.....everything's magical and perfect and even time exists in its own separate vortex.....

And we are lunatics!!!

Posted by Rachel--24

We're nothing like the "Island of Misfits"....we are so much better than that. I mean really....did the Island of Misfits have all the luxuries we have here in Rachelville? I dont think so.

Posted by DingoGirl

R-ville is not only a paradise cult farm but a VORTEX.....yikes !

Posted by Rachel--24

I remember when it was just called the OMG thread/book. Now its become a saga, a soap opera and a cult!!

Creating the Gluten Free Paradise Cult Farm

Posted by Fiddle-Faddle

And the Rachelville Orchestra will be able to handle anything from Bach to Monkees.

Tickets will always be free, but the musicians will never have to worry that they won't get paid because of a generous grant from Gluten, Inc., who owes us all big-time for the amount of time spent on our butts (where instead of listening to great music we listened to the toilet flush).

Posted by JulieM

The geese would fly over head and I would say don't worry don't be scared, those are just the protective auxigro detecting geese. Hello, and Welcome to Rachelville.

Posted by DingoGirl

We're all in it together! we will all combine out talents and there will be no gluten contaminating our brains so all will be peaceful, everyone will be in a good mood all the time! (sounding more like Stepford now than Rachelville but we must ensure that it doesn't devolve into Lord of the Flies)

Posted by dlp252

Can we have unlimited dairy free chocolate on our cult farm?

Posted by MtnDog

Yes- we need a Rachelville compound with a gluten-free chef, a sauna, a whirlpool, horses, dingos, pygmy goats (I'm sorry- I love them...so cute!) where it is always 80, sunny and dry, no mold and Susie's artwork hangs on the wall, the ocean laps gently at the shore and Rachel gets us all on jet skis.

Posted by Rachel--24

I hereby object to cows pooping in the vegetable garden! I OBJECT!! (In case you didnt hear me)

Posted by DingoGirl

oh no, there cannot be a dearth of Altoids in R-ville - - must try and keep our cult a secret, our farm will be a GIGANTIC walled city/fortress, impossible to penetrate.......

Posted by Mango04

At least we know it will be well decorated, if nothing else. I mean gosh, what kind of cult farm has a design and decor committee?

Posted by Fiddle-Faddle

So, obviously in Rachelville, we are NOT going to have DOCTORS, are we?

Posted by Rachel--24

Anyone who visits Rachelville has to eat as we do. If we cant eat gluten....you cant either...thats the rule.

Posted by DingoGirl

Ideas everyone, for our bracelets....I think GFPCF is too obscure, people would ask, and um, then we'd have to explain....and they'd lock us away.....

Posted by Penguin

Are we a utopian cult-farm thingy, now?

So...when does the spaceship get here to take us to the planet of gluten freedom?

I'll make the kool-aid!

Posted by DingoGirl

Rachel likes the heat but there will be NO days hotter than 85 degrees, period, she can just go sit in her own nutty sauna by herself....starting to question the leadership skills and common sense of a President who wants to be OUT in this weather - - completely daft....

Posted by dlp252

Yah, maybe if it's a big hill we won't see the mall and people won't try to infiltrate our cult farm with glutenous thoughts and we can still get our shopping fixes.

Posted by Rachel--24

Too much civilization and you never know what could happen. We'll have to keep our cows on leashes or they might wander over to the mall where some teenager may decide it would be great fun to tip them!! Or even worse....feed them gluteney foods!! :o

Posted by DingoGirl

OHhhhhhhhhhhhh can't we have our cult by a lake?? Or, maybe we could just have a giant farm somewhere but we'll ALSO have a cabin in the Adirondacks or something?? We could drive there in our Amish buggies on weekends!

Posted by dlp252

I think if we have an ice house on our farm (shouldn't be located next to the drunk shack) I'll be fine.

Posted by Mango04

I'm not milking any cows, but I guess I'll expose myself to the dangers of the other side of the hill, at least once in a while, to do the shopping...

Posted by Camilles'sBigSister

Put me in, coach! (arm waving wildly) I can milk a cow!!! Willing to try a goat! Where will our farm be?

Posted by Rachel--24

You are soooo right about newcomers popping into this thread...only to find...well...alot of talk about the building of a small gluten-free town called "Rachelville", a place where we milk our own cows, who are diligently patrolled by geese, which are herded by a couple Dingo's.

Posted by Mango04

Okay what's with the ice cream makers and the purple bats?

Posted by AndreaB

Let's just say our farm can be any dress style people are comfortable with...as long as they are dressed.

Posted by dlp252

Clothing on the Farm - yes, please, lol. I love you all, but some form of clothing please.

Posted by Rachel--24

even if I dont wear bonnets I'm good for some stuff.

Posted by DingoGirl

things got crazy this weekend......we've fully formed the cult/sect/town called Rachelville - -

What do we do here??

Posted by Tiredof Doctors

Pish-Posh . . . . SCIENCE????? Not on Saturday in Rachelville. Only fun and games . . . and altoids, of course

Posted by DingoGirl

So that means....we don't really HAVE jobs....I mean, we can show up to work, but just to have fun and gossip about our HOT wealthy bosses.

Posted by DingoGirl

YES we will have gossip mags, and plenty of time to read them and laugh about Hollywood mishaps.. WAIT - - - OMG they'll be writing about US and SOOOOO jealous of our GFPCF, with paparazzi disguised as CELIACS ALL TRYING TO GET IN!! HOLY SCANDAL BATMAN!!!!

Rachelville Gone Wild

just meander on over to the OMG I think I can eat dairy thread....but be warned, it's a looney bin now over there....

Posted by DingoGirl

Posted by Robbin

Also, if dh is with cissie's hubby in Ga, can I have ONE date with that cop? Pretty please!! Just a date Just dinner and some slow dancing to some J. Rivers' song

Posted by DingoGirl

But I notice that some of the people from the beginning are no longer here....clearly they have been deprogrammed and left the cult.....just a bunch of lunatics running the paradise farm now.....

Posted by Rachel--24

Its gotten to the point that if we leave our GFPCFF (is that right  I cant keep up with all the variations??) we will be punished with pages upon pages of back reading.

A little misbehaving is in order isn't it, although I DO plan to maintain some sort of civility.

And, BTW: I want an OFFICIAL Rachelville T-shirt . . . one that says, "Rachelville: Don't hassle me, I'm a local" and has the Official Rachelville Trophy proudly displayed . . .

So in the spirit of Rachelville, this has nothing to do with what's being talked about.

Oh my gosh-the Altoids factory is in England!!!

Send me in !(as a native)I can infilltrate their secret ingredients to bring back to R/ville.

We can then make our own -and become a very rich utopian cult!!

Yeah, during a wedding reception try having your husband tell his relatives about all his wife's "friends" without calling it Rachelville

Posted by JulieM

Yeah, I guess he kind of was cute, a little older, mustache, really muscular, uniform, a gun strapped to his side, his hot ride with the flashing lights, shall I go on...

Posted by Rachel--24

CNN?? OMG...we cannot let that happen! Can you imagine....there would be a HUGE shortage of altoids all over the world. :o

What will Karen throw out to the crowd from the Altoid float?? Tic-Tacs?? Nooo...that will not do!

Residents of Rachelville -- Don't be afraid yet . . . it's another day or two until the full moon . . . you have plenty of time to build your fortresses and protect your loved ones . . . .

And Scott has enough time to buy another bottle . . . . !!!!!

I dunno how it happened...I just started talking about how maybe I can eat dairy cuz maybe I'm just intolerant to corn and then I figured out that its actually MSG I need to worry about so I started eating veggies and got worse cuz they sprayed Auxigro chemicals on my yams (bastards!) and then I found out about sulfites and then somehow we became a cult farm cuz we didnt want to get sick living in the chemical ridden gluteney world out there and then people wanted to live here where its happy and safe and next thing I knew Rachelville was created and we have geese that protect the crops and cows that provide fresh milk and someone told me I was President and I'm really trying to do the best I can but presindency isnt really my forte but here we all are and now we even have glittery bats and we dont have to worry about pest control cuz we have Donna and lots of other people here to keep R-Ville up and running and full of laughs and love everyday. :D

Dear tabasco32,

The runny nose reaction is typical with candida. All of the foods you listed have more than fat in common. Seeds, nuts, and spices all tend to harbor mold. Dried spices succumb to it often. Fresh ones can probably be used. Just be sure to freeze them until they are needed. Keep in mind fresh spices must be used in larger quantities than dried ones. Usually you need 1 Tablespoon of fresh herbs or spices to 1 teaspoon of dried. When you have Candida, you have to eat only fresh nuts in the shell, and make sure to freeze them until you are ready to eat them. Also, with seeds, you must get them fresh, then toast them in the oven, and store them in the freezer. Mold is only inhibited by freezing the food. Eating leftovers of food that is over 24 hours old can irritate your symptoms. Refrigeration does not slow mold down much.

Dear Donna and CarlaB,

Thanks for the links! I put them in my favorites. Donna--that foot water was scary!

Dear Rachel,

Yep, my Chinese Restaurant in Rachelville is going to be called The Silver Dragon. We have all kinds of great stuff. The purple glittery bats love hot sour soup! You have to watch them! Since I am their caretaker, I need to make sure they never get loose! Otherwise, I have to make a lot more!

I honked to one of the geese and he honked back! :P He confirmed that no Auxigro crap has been brought to town. He said the cattle have been fitted with bags like the horses to catch their manure. We do not have to worry about them taking flopsies on our gardens!

In other Rachelville news, I am also the District Attorney. I prosecuted Gluten, Inc. We won a settlement of $36 Million. Our President testified on our behalf, and that convinced the jury our town deserves compensation. ;)

Sincerely,

NoGluGirl

He said, a bunch of vials with water in them  .

Your doctor!

Oh yes, plain unsweetened yogurt to which I add some nuts and a little fruit. Yum!

this is weird lately I really have a craving for yogurt and granola. I was not a huge yogurt eater but I do love Frozen yogurt- just soft serve ice cream of any kind.

Okay, yes, frozen yogurt is good too. :P

I also really want a Togo's sandwhich.....turkey and avocado...or hot roast beef w/ avocado....or *anything* with avocado!! :P

OMGOSH!!! Yes please! Love turkey and avocado and if you put bacon on it...well that's almost as good as a chocolate bumble bar.

Wow, not sure about the discharge and why you'd get it from veggies...maybe the carrots have too much sugar for you...

Hum, I looked up dutch process once but now can't remember, lol. I think chocolate is generally safe, but they can add other ingredients too.

I make a post 2 days ago and there's already almost 10 pages of posts since then... you all are out of control...

Ha, be thankful it wasn't LAST summer...there'd have been 40 pages of posts in your 2 days, lol.

Coconut oil can be used in frying stuff...

This is how I mostly use it...love it for frying.

pest control cuz we have Donna

 Yes, and I haven't lost my touch either.

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?
    • mishyj
Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
