Iron-Tek states on their website and the side of the package that all flavors of their essential protein are gluten free. The cookies and cream flavor contains COOKIES that are made with wheat flour. The wheat flour is on the ingredient list right beside the gluten free statement! I couldn't find an ingredient list online anywhere, just the gluten-free statement.

I've emailed them and will post their response. I bought the powder online so it will be interesting to see if Iron-tek will try to make this right (sending it back isn't an option unless shipping is on their coin, I'd spend as much exchanging as buying it). Hopefully they'll send me a flavor that's actually gluten free.
