Building Muscle Mass

I have noticed that since I eliminated processed foods from my diet, my muscles have become firmer and better defined. Iím sure the definition is from my weight stabilizing, but the larger, firmer muscles are a mystery simply because I do not exercise at all.

Has any else noticed this?

Is it possible to build muscle mass from diet alone?
