I have to admit--I have seen no such thing as dairy-free white chocolate yet. But maybe someone else here will surprise us! I love white chocolate :)

I could have sworn I found a company that makes chocolate chips and white chocolate products with soy in place of the dairy ingredients. Of course that wouldn't be good for those who can't tolerate soy. I will look for them the next time I go to my little health food store and let you know.
