Is Maltodextrin gluten free?? I am confused about this one...any one got any ideas??

In the US, it's gluten-free; made from corn most of the time.

Yes, in Canada it is also made from corn starch. It's gluten free

...and in Europe, it might or it might not be, so you need to check, or if not sure, avoid it. Just thought I'd add that in case people come over on holidays...

In the U.S. it CAN have wheat but it must be plainly listed if it does. That includes any foods from other countries that are sold here.
