Can't find the most delicious pie crust I had received from
one of you wonderful cooks. :(
Surely, you can send me the site or copy and paste it for
I have a really delicious sounding recipe for a rhubarb and
cream cheese pie that I am just salivating for.
I know the recipe said to cool the dough for a couple
hours before rolling. That is all I can remember. Please
forgive....I am getting old ;)

Thanks again you wonderful folks.

I do not have a recipe for a crust, but the Gluten Free Pantry http://www.gluten fr...Affiliate_ID=92 makes a great pie crust mix. YUMMY!!! You will have to try it sometime.

Hi Jessica,
I tried the mix a couple of years ago and it just fell apart
as I tried to roll it out. In fact, I attempted to just piece
it together in the pie plate. THat ended my pie experiences
until I got this recipe [that I can not find now!]

I'm going crazy trying to go through all the books and
folders of recipes.

Patience, Jean, patience!
Jean :)
