I have a really delicious sounding recipe for a rhubarb and
cream cheese pie that I am just salivating for.
I know the recipe said to cool the dough for a couple
hours before rolling. That is all I can remember. Please
forgive....I am getting old

I tried the mix a couple of years ago and it just fell apart
as I tried to roll it out. In fact, I attempted to just piece
it together in the pie plate. THat ended my pie experiences
until I got this recipe [that I can not find now!]
I'm going crazy trying to go through all the books and
folders of recipes.
