Normally I use quinoa and brown rice for my whole grains, but I want to try some of the others. The only problem is that I can only find either Arrowhead Mills or Bob's Red Mill packaged stuff, I do NOT trust the bulk containers at the grocery store as I have watched those being filled.

I have heard many negative things about A.M. and Bob's in regards to cross contamination. Are the whole grains safe? If not, what brands do you buy and where do you find them?

I have not had any problems with either one.

I'm fine with all their gluten-free stuff that are labelled gluten-free. (they also have gluten-free things that are not labeled gluten-free becasue they are made in their facility with wheat.)/
