A few things...1st, 2 weeks is hardly anytime for being gluten-free and noticing a difference. Your body may still be 'working things out.' Also--it is not uncommon for Celiacs to miss certain forms of gluten when they are first on the diet, so you may need to revisit what is safe and what isn't. Are you sure you can tolerate sausage and chili--spices, tomatoes or beans? Also, kettle chips (Kettle brand, correct?) do not guarantee their chips are gluten-free--even if gluten is not in the ingredients due to cross contamination. Most companies will use that same CYA, but Kettle's response seemed more shady to me than most others when I checked, so I stopped eating their products. Salt and vinegar chips can be irritating to the stomach too--esp a bag and a half a day. This may not be a gluten issue--you just may need more time on the diet and/or need to revamp your diet a bit...make sure you can tolerate the foods you are eating. Hope you feel better!

It does take quite awhile to heal your body, and you may still be getting traces of gluten through cross contamination. But also realize that a few foods are normally hard to digest and as you are not healed yet, they will cause some similiar problems.

Lay's Stax are gluten-free and made on gluten-free lines. They are similar to pringles and have lots of flavors. Ck out their gluten-free list here: http://www.fritolay.com/fl/flstore/cgi-bin...odID_364066.htm
The best chips of all though--to me
I know there are some other safe chips, but those are the only ones I eat...so maybe some else will have some thoughts
OH! PS--Good news for you--the Stacks come in a Salt and Vinegar flavor too!

Wendy's chili, I don't eat, but eating out can be risky. I wonder if anyone else has had a problem with their chili. THere may not be. I am just trying to come up with something for you. HOpe you feel better.

the chili i think does not bug me ever i have had it alot and felt fine most days and im really not feeling that bad today i think it was a mix of having to get up at 4 am for work and not getten a chance to eat any real food until 9:30am
im not like in pain from anything but i get these really really loud groumbls that come from like right below my heart it sounds like dripping or something and then in my lower left side. dont really know whats going on just figured maybe i got glutened im stil lreally new all of my bodys feelings have changed like when i have to use the restroom its a completly diffrent feeling then it was a month before i got sick. as for my head fog its almost cleared up today going in and out a big but im not feeling to bad, so i guess maybe i was not glutened could be i just ate something i was not ready for yet
i have only been gluten free for about 2 weeks with atleast 3 or 4 mistakes already. and i have been eating a cup of chili everyday for three days now so thats probably not helping its just so darn good and fast. how would you guys explain a gluten attack so i know when its happening to me?? anyone have the sea salt stacks? how did they make u feel.
as for those rice chips, yeah when i first got told i may have celiac and to eat gluten free i went to the co-op ( god i hate them there) anyways and that was the chips i found there those are really really good but there expensive
