FYI--Just thought I'd mention a good gluten-free prenatal vitamin. It took me a while to find one that was both gluten-free and had all the nutrients I was looking for (plenty of iron, not too much calcium, plus ginger & red raspberry). Rainbow Light has a line of "Just Once" vitamins. The prenatal is called "Prenatal One Multivitamin." Another plus, you only have to take one a day--many health food store brands have you take 4 to 6. Be sure you get the "Just Once" prenate, though--Rainbow also has a prenate that you need to take several times a day that contains wheat and barley grasses (supposedly gluten free, but I sure wouldn't go there!

Wow--how did this end up as a forum topic? I don't even know what that means! Clearly, I don't know how this all works!
