Well i think im finally getting better as my stomic is slightly calmed down and my stools are starting to go slightly normal.. well they contain what look like coffee grounds but as the stools are not tarry or red or black im not to worried about it figure tis probably just dead mucus. But what i am trying to figure out is what causing all of these wierd unexplaind stomic noisis i am having. Just wierd noises constantly all over not in just one area, a wierd noise may come from my chest then from my left side then from my right side, Maybe its gas leaking from a hole somewhere?? i dont know its almost like something is feeding off of me. Also i am overweight yes but my weight loss is still of a consern to me so i have been eating lots of extra chips and crap, but i seem to be loosing around 2 to 3 pounds a day still. Also my brain fog is still here i wish it would go away not sure why its still with me, is something wrong with my brain? or is this simply detox??

How long have you been eating gluten-free? And how strict about it have you been?

Brain Fog can be cause by many things - including food allergies. Which since you've had problems with gluten then most likely you also have some kind of food allergy/intolerance as well (usually as a side effect of the gluten).

It does sound like you're going through some kind of detox, though I am not sure as I don't know how long you've been going gluten-free.

It's a start, a good start. Just stay with it. You said you noticed a decrease in symptoms. That shows you are on the right track. As for your other stomach problems, are you eating veggies? Winter squashes are really mellow tasting and don't bother the stomach; lots of people swear by mash taters as their primo comfort food. Don't do cheese or dairy for awhile, up to three months. Where the villi are damaged from the effects of the celiac disease is also where the body produces what it needs to digest diary. That may help some more. You may want to check out a protein shake mix to keep your protien levels to where they should be. Also, a great supplement to speed healing is L-glutamine. But be careful you don't get one with gluten or wheat starch as a binder.

Remember, it takes the body time to heal, and you need to feed it properly to promote healing.

yeah im acually starting to do alot better finally i posted it in another post. My stomic has almost completed stoped with the noises just slightly every once and a while, and i think i only had maybe 2 stomic pains today compared to like every 10 minutes or every 2 minutes for liek 20 minutes in a row. So im doing really good, and my stools are not nearly as green anymore but unforuntaly there still coming out round balls and completly plugged but definatly doing alot better. I eat lots of salad acually its one of my primary foods now with cucumber and carrots. mmmm and i just started to eat pork today mmmm makes a good salad topping

Yes, wheat is common in most soy sauces now because it speeds up the fermenting process.

For 16 years I have relied on the website glutenfreedrugs.com to determine if a pharmaceutical is gluten-free. The website has been down for at least a week. Does anyone have any information about this outage, the status of the website founder and maintainer pharmacist Steven A. Plogsted or a phone number? I did not get a response for my email to glutenfreedrugs@gmail.com in October of 2022. Steven did respond to my emails in 2012. Thanks.

Sounds like you are in the UK. With blood numbers that high, I thought docs in UK would give an official diagnosis without the biopsy. You should ask about that, so you can get support faster.  I'd try to find and print out anything that supports that in your country, get another appointment and take all of it with you. Even in the US now, some docs are doing this, my 19 year old step granddaughter got an official diagnosis here in US with just blood results a few months ago.

Is soy sauce in Korea also made from wheat like it usually is in US? I'd be concerned that even if asking about gluten, they would not be aware of or think of some like that.
