I love it! It does contain dairy and it calls for 1 1/2 cups of milk which I omitted. What a quick, easy, tasty gluten-free meal!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had the beef lasagna and my husband even liked it. It is a little on the bland side, but some extra oregano and red pepper and it was great!

I thought it was pretty good, too! I added some sour cream at the end to help it a little, though. It was so convenient! Wahoo!
Alright, don't worry even if things end up a bit too heavy

Ditto! My hubby is home for a month (and then back over seas) and we made this as a quick dinner. The spice packet was a solid rock that I had to smash with a mallet to break up, but when it was all said and done, it was wonderful! I was soooo pleased!!!!!

THEN found out that my fathers mother had nontropical sprue, she passed away at 40 from (stomach) cancer, had holes in her intestines when they caught it. I had no idea....
