I love the stuff but my chiropractor got on my case about the caffiene. However since stopping I have had horrible brain fog, and i am talking like three weeks of it. I want to start again but read in another thread that it isn't safe. I really want to drink it again. Any suggestions?

It's gluten-free, if that's your question.
I (obviously my opinion) would not advocate it as 'safe'.

I've heard that caffeine withdrawl can take up to a month to get over.
