I hope to find one that does not have refined sugar in it too.

I surely can make my own but convenience has its benefits too.

Thanks!

There are cereals by Bakery on Main, Apple raisin walnut granola, nutty cranberry maple granola, fruit and nut granola, extreme fruit and nut granola, that look promising for a trail mix snack. They use evaporated cane juice and honey for sweeteners. I have not tried these and I did not include any of the varieties with rolled outs or wheat germ, but the company states "are free of wheat gluten. They lab test every batch to insure that it meets the CODEX standard for gluten free products." (quoted from the united natural foods order catalogue) If you are interested check out the website www.bakeryonmain.com, if you try them let us know how they are.
