Ok so i know kraft says they clearly lable gluten, but i thought EZ cheeze was not safe (not that i would eat that crap) but i picked up the bottle from all the flavors to look at and none of them said anything about wheat. i am almost 100% positive these contain gluten but i guess i could be wrong. and then for my silly mistake
I had been avoided lots of things including all yogurts because i was thinking that whey was wheat...... gah i guess i can have my yogurt lol

I believe that at least the original flavor of EZ cheese is gluten free. I remember reading that on either the Delphi list or another forum. I think most of them are. I definitely trust Kraft with their labelling. They haven't glutened me yet.

Whey is not wheat. Whey is dairy.
