I was reading on a jar of Kraft Parm. Cheese that it contains cellulose powder.
Does anyone know if that is a gluten-free ingredient? I know if medication has cellulose it is not considered safe. Would it be any different for food? I love parm cheese, but will look for another fix if this is no longer safe for me.
I would also like to add my 13 year old son found it before I did. So I thank him publicly for saving me some grief. Well done!
