I just glanced at the allergy info on my new bottle of Jarro-Dophilus + FOS (probiotic), and it has changed! Up until now, it always said, "Contains NO common allergen," but the new bottle says, "Contains NO gluten. Contains dairy (milk and whey) and soy." I called the company to ask what changed, and they said that nothing had changed, but they had to include the warning because of the new labelling laws. The woman I talked to said that they use those ingredients in the manufacturing process, but "they all get centrifuged out."

So now I don't know whether or not to keep using it! I'm dairy-intolerant, and I've never noticed any specific problems with it, but the rashes on my hand have never *completely* gone away, so I can't say for sure that it's not contributing to the problem.
