Since beginning gluten-free diet with my 14 month old 4 weeks ago - I have noticed he is drinking a lot more than usual. Probably twice as much? Has anyone else noticed this happening? Just a few days ago - I noticed a change in his bm - the first formed stools that weren't completely undigested food since birth really. It is encouraging to see a change in this area - it makes following the diet a bit easier :-)
So anyone esle noticed the thirsty thing??

Oh, absolutely. My son is 2 1/2 and drinks constantly. It's a good thing!

glad you posted the thirst.....we had my daughter tested for diabetes b/c' of her increased thirst....
she is having her 2nd biopsy tomorrow - last year she had no signs of it....but this year her blood count Was elevated...
