I would like to propose that a new topic SECTION be added. Could we add something like, "Exercise and Sports"? I think it would be interesting to discuss types of food used during exercise (hikes, long runs, bike rides, etc) and mental and physical feelings during and after exercise. I am curious to see if other Celiacs have similiar feelings and reactions. Thoughts?

There is already a thread on the board that relates to that subject, and it hasn't been terribly popular. Only a handfull of people have posted in it over quite a long period of time.

I agree with Jessica.....I do think that there are more and more fitness postings, but info. on good carb. foods, for example, might go under the foods, products, shopping section. Something on fatigue from celiac disease affecting sports might go under coping or post-diagnosis/recovery...........I don't think that there are enough people yet for an entire section of the forum......
