so i'm watching jeopardy and the 500$ question under 'dairy' was... "this milk protein ... something... " i don't remember.
anyway, first guess was 'curd'. second was wrong, too (I forget).
my memory is clearly horrible!
it was casein.
i would be $500 richer!

I knew there had to be benefits to being casein-free (besides not being sick all the time). I never knew being CF could make me richer though
