Hi all,
In September I will be taking a 9-10 day hike, about 100miles with over 20k' gain (and subsequently loss). After being on the diet for a little over a year, my energy level is pretty high again, but I still have not tried anything over 3 days in a long time. So my question is if there are any particular nutrients/vitamins that I should be concerned about depleting in this situation? I am bringing a runner's (not that I run) powder for aminos and electrolytes, and my food will mainly be AlpineAire which is nutritionally very good. I'm just wondering if there is something I might use up faster than non-celiacs that I should supplement?
thanks,
Will

Hi Will. I don't have an answer for you. Just wanted to congratulate you on getting your energy back. I'm hoping to gain a normal persons energy level through this diet and then get into some healthy walking and maybe some hiking as well. Let us know how it goes.
