Hey all.....I am a newbie....and was recently diagnosed and I have to share a couple of things that have made all the difference for me...

There are a coupel of products I have gone crazy for you can get at health food stores...or online...

One of them is called LARA BAR...I live on them https://www.larabar....cure/index_.php
(they are all raw foods,,,,allergen free...unless you can't have nuts) but they are the best...

The other is called ENJOY LIFE (all allergen free products, all gluten free....they have a RYE LESS bread, "cereals" awesome double fudge cookies....must be some kind of magic because I am a sweets person and I can't tell...http://www.enjoylifefoods.com/cart/dep.asp

try it out...they have been wonderful for me....and I am a hyper sensitive.....can't even use a knife that hasn't been "steam cleaned "
