    Great Cookie Recipe

    My 11 yr old daughter has taken "gluten" chocolate crinkles to school for her birthday every year since kindergarten. She tried the gluten-free Chocolate Crinkles and loved them! I was so excited I had to share with you! I hope you try them!

    gluten-free Chocolate Krinkles - Yields 5 dozen

    4 (4oz) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted

    1/2 c. Vegie oil

    2 c. sugar

    4 eggs

    1 t. vanilla

    2 c. Garfava flour

    2 t. baking powder

    1/2 t salt

    1/2-1c. powdered sugar

    Preheat oven to 350. Mix chocolate, oil, and sugar. Blend in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Let dough chill 30 minutes in fridge. Shape teaspoon size dough into ball and roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased (or parchment) baking sheet and bake 10-12 minutes.
