I'm confused Lacatid pills are on the Forbidden list. I thought they were gluten-free? <_<

It appears this list has put the extra-strength (not regular) lactaid pills on the not-gluten-free or "suspect" list. If you e-mail Lactaid, they say all of their supplements are gluten-free. I would verify with the company...these type of lists can get a bit inconsistent b/c they are compiled by different folks.

Thanks so much Jen.

Here's what Lactaid.com says under FAQ

Do LACTAID® Dietary Supplements contain gluten?
LACTAID® Fast Act caplets and LACTAID® Original strength caplets do not contain gluten.

So it would appear that Extra Strength do.

What a great resource! In just a few minutes I was able to verify that all of the meds I take (asthma and allergies, mostly) are gorgeously gluten-free. Thank you!

Josh.
Diagnosed celiac 2003.

Dairy-free since 2007.

Still struggling day by day to stay gluten-free.
