So I was watching "Good Eats" the other night (that guy is too funny!) and they cut to commercial and this woman starts talking about how she is gluten free and shows here whipping up all sorts of yummies in her kitchen. Then she plugs her website: http://glutenfreegir...od-network.html

She doesn't have a show or anything, but I thought it was really cool that the FoodNetwork sought her out and gave the gluten intolerant some exposure.

I was just reading on her site :

"A production company in Los Angeles has been asked by the Food Network to produce a show called The Power of Food. It will be a series of profiles of people whose lives have been changed by food. Has my life been changed by food? Oh yeah. And how. "

So I guess this was a promo for this new show. We'll habve to be on the look-out. Wouldn't that be something if this Celiac could get her foot in the door with the folks at the Food Network. From her blog it sounds as if she is enough of a ham to carry a show...now if only we were all "Neilsen" households and could watch this episode and put the ratings through the roof, just maybe they would sign her to a long term deal...in a perfect world...please don't wake me ;-)
