Kraft's modfied food starch is corn unless otherwise stated. They never hide gluten in things like natural flavors, they don't hide gluten at all!
So if wheat, barley, rye, or oats aren't on the label, they're not in the product. Based on that, it's safe

Alright, don't worry even if things end up a bit too heavy
We'll all float on, alright

i am not positive, but isn't a lunchable just a pre-packed cheese and cracker (well, in this case, nacho) ordeal? because if you're concerned about cross contamination, you could just buy corn tortillas, cheese and salsa

Looking at the ingredient online there is wheat flour in the fruit roll and the nacho seasoning in the maxed version:

And barley malt in the chocolate in the regular version:

So if he's old enough to not eat the chocolate, then the regular one is probably fine, beware the "maxed" version.

I used to eat the snack sized one (just corn chips, cheese, and salsa) with no problems. It's a Kraft product and they will always list wheat, barley, rye, and oats on the label.
