I suffer from bad sinus headaches and am seeking a good medicine to help them. I purchased a box of Sudafed Sinus Headache pills, but I haven't tried them yet because one of the ingredients is "pregelatinized starch", and I don't know exactly what that is, but it sounds suspicious. Should I call about it? Or does anyone here know if this medicine is safe? thanks!

Here is a link of gluten-free meds, I looked and saw Sudafed but not sure if it's the same as you have. I would call the company just to double check. :)

Hi, I am allergic to Advil & Aleve. They make my face swell. Does anyone know if Tylenol is gluten-free? It is the only thing that I've been taking.
Thanks for any help.

I'm pretty sure Tylenol is gluten free. I was going to try it but Advil works better so I use that when I get a headache. Before going gluten free, no pain reliever ever helped.
