Hello everyone!! I was wondering if anybody has traveled to Cancun. Im staying at a big hotel with many resturants and buffet's but how is the food and are there many options for ppl that are gluten-free?? Any advice would help. Thank's

I just got back from a school trip to mexico and I use a gluten-free restaruant card in spanish and I could always trust that beans and corn torrillias are gluten-free so that is basically what i ate. I was the only person who didn't get sick out od 19 of us.
