I've heard Arrowhead Mills is a respectable brand for gluten-free cereals (puffed rice, maple buckwheat flakes, etc.) and I've been eating them every day. Today I noticed an asterix (*) next to their gluten free comment on the packaging. The * comment said "contact us regarding our gluten-free policy for details." Is anyone aware of this "policy"? Is Arrowhead Mills in fact OK and totally gluten-free??
Thank you!
