Is Five Alive gluten-free? It says natural flavours, but it's by Minute Maid which is Coke, so it should be fine, right?

yes its gluten free, we drink it all the time.

I used to love it, until I read the list of ingredients and realized how little of it is actually juice...

Yes, but it's probably better than pop. It's like having a treat cereal once a week. It's a treat beverage. 90% of the time he drinks milk. The odd time a small glass of pop and during school it's usually wildberry juice which is "juice" not "punch" or "beverage".

Yeah this is an old thread, but I recently found that only Citrus five alive is gluten free. (not peach citrus or -insert other flavour here- citrus, just citrus).
