Eating On Tour

I'm traveling to Germany & Austria & April & am nervous about being able to eat in restaurants. I've heard that some parts of Europe are well versed in the Celiac drill and can provide Gluten-free meals without much problem.

Does anyone know if this is true of Germany & Austria?

Any help welcome.

Supposedly in England, celiac disease is very common, also europeans have alot fo different food from us, so just make sure that you have a card saying exactly what it is that you can't eat and you shuold be ok!
