Well, I knew y'all had said Bush's is OK....but this is by ConAgra and it says "natural and artificial flavors"...that's the only thing questionable.

and we're having Hebrew National franks with them......I THINK they are OK...??

THANKS!!

From what I've been told on this board, ConAgra will clearly list any gluten-containing ingredients.

Thanks.....I finally decided not to eat the beans. Just ate the franks and a salad. Guess I'll call Con Agra.

As dish23 has said, Campbell's (US) Pork and Beans are NOT listed on their gluten free listing. (Campbel's Canada has a different gluten free listing).

Gluten Intolerant. Celiac bloodwork - negative (levels were tested after being very low gluten for over a year).
No other testing done (not worth the pain). Mostly Gluten Free since 2003. Stopped all gluten 2006.

2 daughters also gluten intolerant (14 and 18). Youngest is very sensitive. Bloodwork done before trying a gluten free diet - negative. Oldest decided to do a gluten challenge before any testing.

I don't recognize anything gluten in the ingredients (I don't have a can with me, will post later at home). I am trying to figure out what is causing a problem for my daughter. There is a big ? mark on these beans. I have quite a few cans.

I'll post the ingredients because if I am missing something that contains gluten, I need to be informed. Meantime, I think I will just donate the cans and go with the brands that are listed as gluten-free to be safe.

Thanks,
Dawn

I sure we can interpret for you. It's very hard and confusing in the beginning. A good rule of thumb is "when in doubt, do without".

The food pantry will welcome your gluteny foods.
