anyways... my DH threw out the bag with the directions and i still have the rest of the mix to make again.
anyone know the measumetns for the the oil and water?

I know it's probably a little late, but I just bought some of this.
Combine 1 c warm water and 1 1/2 teaspoons olive or other oil to 2 3/4 custom of dry mix. Beat with an electric mixer for 3 min on high. Form dough into a ball then put on your stone or pan. Roll out to 1/4" think. Bake approx 10 min on lowest oven rack
Add sauce and whatever toppings. Brush edge of crust with olive oil. If the bottom of the crust looks brown, move pizze to the middle rack and back another 8-12 min. Otherwise leave on bottom rack and bake.

We weren't very thrilled with it after all. Tasted a bit like I would expect cardboard to taste.
