ive really been craving pop-tarts, does anyone know if there are any gluten-free ones.. or anything like them?

Gluten Free Pop-tarts? anyone know of anything

there are none that I'm aware of yet... and I've been looking.
I did make something similar to a poptart using The Gluten Free Pantry's Perfect Pie Crust Mix (followed directions to make crust) then cut out small round pieces with biscuit cutters and filled with jelly sealed edges with fork tines and baked until golden... frosted with a glaze of powdered sugar, vanilla and milk...

they held together just fine and the certainly didn't last long... (meaning we ate them all and they were gone that day!) but I imagine they'd probably freeze well

Would just any type of jelly work? what abou some kind of chocolate filling?
