I am used to making pizza dough ahead of time and freezing it in batches....can I do the same wiht my gluten-free dough. Does the flour mixture make a difference? Just wondering!

I have frozen mine and it's been just fine. (frozen before and after baking). Kim, Atlanta, GA

Great, now I can make lots of pizza dough ahead of time. Friday night is alywas pizza night (and my night off of cooking) Least this makes it a litte easier :)
