Also, is it safe to use a Brita water filter to filter my water...there are no weird "ingredients" in the filter that would cause a Celiac reaction, I assume.
Stupid question, I know, but just checking...

Hadn't thought about it. I have a Pur system and have no problems....

I use the Brita system that attaches to the sink and I have never had a problem.
