I'm making salsa and black beans this week and want to use them in fish tacos one night and then have them to snack on later in the week. Haven't bought tortilla chips since the diagnosis -- what brands are safe?

Most corn tortilla chips are safe...you just have to read the label to make sure.

I buy the big bag of mission brand, it clearly states gluten free right on the back, no questions asked. Plus they are pretty good too.

Ditto on the Mission brand! I love supporting a mainstream company that states gluten-free on the label.
