I made a pitcher with a can of limeade, 2/3 can of tequilla and 1/2 can of triple sec. Add ice and blend in the blender. YUMMY! I've made them twice and had zero reaction. Triple Sec is made from oranges. Now I don't recomend buying a Margarita "mix" that could have nasties in it, but I used Food Lion Limeade and it worked fine. Cheers! :)

Judy,,

It sounds gluten-free to me. As long as the lime and lemon juices are pure (no additives that have Gluten), then you're fine. Enjoy. Kim, Atlanta, GA

I love margaritas, so once I was well enough to enjoy them, I emailed On the Border Foods and this is what they said:

"Thank you for your inquiry in regard to our On The Border Products. I am happy to inform you that all of our On The Border drink mixes, salsas, and queso are 100% wheat and gluten free. Our On The Border Cafe style and Blue Corn Tortilla Chips may contain a minimal amount of corn gluten-since it is a corn based product, and all corn products contain a very small amount of corn gluten.

It is important for you to note that our On The Border Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips and On The Border Guacamole Tortilla Chips contain wheat gluten.

I hope that this information is informative. I invite you to check out our website at www.ontheborderproducts.com. "

Hope this helps!
That is more than I can say for the Restraraunt chain by the same name. They are as bad as KFC! Any by the way, what the heck is corn gluten?
