I found some processed foods called "Great Value" in Wal-mart that are labelled as Gluten Free.

Luncheon Meat
Diced Tomato

Have you had problem with these?

Also, their salad dressings seem to indicate gluten free, except that they say "processed in facility that also process wheat"

Do you used these foods?

I eat their lunch meats, ham and turkey breast, and have no problems. For salad dressing I just make my own. I use mayonnaise and frenchs mustard (adjust for your taste) and add milk to water it down.

I also get great value au gratin potatoes. They are really good.

I love that Walmart labels their stuff gluten-free. It is incredibly helpful!

There's a risk of cc (cross  contamination) in GV products that don't specifically label gluten-free and say that they're "produced in a facility. . . with wheat", even if all the ingredients look gluten-free.

GV products are great. They're often as good as the name brand, or better. It's awesome that they label if they're made in the same facility with wheat or not. I avoid all of their products that are made in the same facility as wheat and only use the products that are actually labeled gluten free. I have never gotten sick off of GV brand and I use multiple items daily. They make the best peanut butter!
