The office is closed on weekends and I am trying to make a recipe. I have Swanson chicken broth - the ingredients seem okay, does anyone know about this product?
The label reads:
chicken broth, salt, monosodium glutamate, dextrose, flavoring, hydrolyzed soy protein, carrots, hydrolyzed corn protein, celery, onion, chicken fat, sugar, disodium guanylate, autolyzed yeast extract
That is quite a list - it can't be good for you!
But, I need some broth, so, does anyone know if this brand is okay?
