some diet pills suppress appetite, others just give you caffeine/energy so you end up burning more calories. i know some of them are not good for you, it screws up your entire body and how it's run.
what type of diet are you on? and how much are you eating/burning? you might not be eating enough calories compared to what your burning and that could be a reason your not losing any weight.

the link above is to a caloric needs calculator...it can tell you how many calories you should be eating to maintain weight and how many you should be eating to lose weight, all depending on your lifestyle.
hope that helps

Not good, and usually not effective either. Continuing to adjust your diet and exercise will eventually work - but you have to be dedicated about it, and willing to experiment to figure out what will work for you. Are you certain that you have a sufficient calorie deficit and that you are doing enough weight bearing exercise to lose fat and are taking into account muscle mass gain?
