Help
Is smokeless tobacco gluten-free? Not ready to give this up too? If it is what have you guys done to kick this habbit. I know I should quit anyway, just not now. Just started being maybe glutten-free for a couple days and gave up my good beer. As grumpy as I will be if I lose my chew I will have to add sex to my forbidden list. I hope I'm just kidding with that. I have a very supportive wife.

I don't know if it's gluten-free or not but the best book to read that deals with quitting is called The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Alan Carr, it really made sense to me. Best of luck
