Hello! Does anyone have any comments on the Genisoy products such as Soycrisps or Genisoy Protein Bars that are listed on the current Delphi List as gluten-free but when I read the label it says these products are manufactured in a plant that processes milk, wheat & peanuts? Doesn't that mean the company is unwilling to state they are gluten-free? And actually now that I am re-reading it it is only the Soycrisps that say that. The Genisoy Protein Bar says Manufactured in a facility that processes all those allergens except Wheat. So maybe the Protein Bar is ok? Does anyone else eat them? I am NOT sensitive to gluten whatsoever so testing them to see how I react does not work for me.
Thank you!
Jaimi

hi,
as far as i know the allergy info is a cya statemant. my brother who has celiac disease eats that stuff all the time and hasent had a problem. you may want to call them or email anyway to be on the safe side. you need to be comfortable with what you eat. good luck
