I'm going to British Columbia next week and was hoping someone would know of some celiac friendly places.
Thanks in advance.

i don't know much about bc, but i live in washington and i know that you can get stuff here. a short trip across the border might be worth it if you have a car. i know that there is at least one natural food type store in bellingham:

community food coop

the only store that i know of in bc that might have gluten free stuff for you is

Choices Market

and there's this place

Panne Rizo Bakery Café
1939 Cornwall Ave.  Vancouver  BC
1 604 736-0885

they supposedly have gluten free items

i hope this helps a little. good luck.
