Does anybody know about a company that makes gluten-free Croissants? i'm dying for them.

no, but I've made reasonable facsimile's of them by using 123 Gluten Free's Southern Glory Biscuit mix and after cutting out the biscuits I roll them out thinner then roll up and they've come pretty close to the flavor and texture I crave...

I've seen them on websites from across the pond but not in the US.Delphi Forums has a recipe for them.
