Hello all. There is a celiac on E-bay that sells 300+ recipes in file form on E-bay. I don't remember her user name, but I bought that cookbook from her a month ago for like $4 (I can't remember the exact amount, but it was really cheap). Then we just printed it off and put them in a 3 ring binder. I have used a lot of the recipes in it, and she also has some great cooking tips. All I did was search for gluten free recipes, or celiac recipes, or something like that. I hope this is okay to post here. It has been very helpful for me. :)

I think I found it. It is an ebook/pdf right? It says that she does not use a lot of flours I consider necessities. What flours does she use? I cannot do bean flour. Just can't stand it.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
